Starting a new business requires some basic steps that the new entrepreneur needs to know in order to avoid wasting time and money. These steps are related to the procedures provided by the relevant laws (Commercial, SA, Ltd., chambers, G.E.M.I., Income Tax, K.F.A.S. , and Insurance).
The legalization of any amendment of the Articles of Association of the Companies that were established after 4-4-2011 and regardless of the way of their establishment (either through ONE STATION SERVICES, or through GEMI SERVICES), is done by their registration in the GEMI. . (through the GEMI Services of the Chambers), to which the following supporting documents must be submitted:
Application
Proof of payment of registration fee to the G.E.M.I., amounting to € 10.00 (Paid to the E.E.A., upon submission of the application and supporting documents).
Exact copies of IDs or passports (only in case of changes and the entry of new partners / legal representatives / managers of the Companies)
