Η ίδρυση μιας νέας επιχείρησης απαιτεί ορισμένα στοιχειώδη βήματα τα οποία ο νέος επιχειρηματίας οφείλει να τα γνωρίζει, για να αποφύγει χάσιμο χρόνου και χρήματος. Τα βήματα αυτά σχετίζονται με τις διαδικασίες, που προβλέπονται από τους σχετικούς νόμους (Εμπορικό, Α.Ε.,Ε.Π.Ε, επιμελητηρίων, Γ.Ε.Μ.Η., Φορολογίας εισοδήματος, Κ.Φ.Α.Σ., και Ασφαλιστικό).
Η νομιμοποίηση κάθε τροποποίησης καταστατικού των Εταιρειών που συστήθηκαν μετά την 4-4-2011και ανεξαρτήτως του τρόπου σύστασής τους (είτε μέσω ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΩΝ ΜΙΑΣ ΣΤΑΣΗΣ, είτε μέσω ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΩΝ Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.), γίνεται με την καταχώρισή τους στο Γ.Ε.ΜΗ. Απόδειξη καταβολής τέλους καταχώρισης στο Γ.Ε.ΜΗ., ύψους 10,00 € (Καταβάλλεται στο Ε.Ε.Α., με την υποβολή της αίτησης και των δικαιολογητικών).
Ακριβή αντίγραφα ταυτοτήτων ή διαβατηρίων (μόνο σε περιπτώσεις αλλαγών και τυχόν εισόδου νέων εταίρων / νομίμων εκπροσώπων / διαχειριστών των Εταιρειών)
Σημείωση: Για τους Νομίμους Εκπροσώπους των Α.Ε. (μέλη Δ.Σ. κ.λ.π., που τις δεσμεύουν με την υπογραφή τους), τους Διαχειριστές των Ε.Π.Ε. και τους Ομορρύθμους Εταίρους και τους Διαχειριστές των (Ο.Ε. και Ε.Ε.), εφόσον πρόκειται για αλλοδαπούς υπηκόους κρατών εκτός Ε.Ε., πρέπει να υποβληθεί και Ακριβές αντίγραφο Άδειας Διαμονής για άσκηση ανεξάρτητης οικονομικής δραστηριότητας ή Άδειας Διαμονής, ως διαχειριστές Ε.Π.Ε. ή Μέλη Δ.Σ.
