To check the available names and/or distinctive titles you wish to use for your business, you should go to the available Name/Distinctive Title check section of the e-OSS. After selecting the county you wish to check and the legal form you are interested in, you can enter the desired name and/or Distinctive Title and be notified of the availability result. In addition, you can check the IDs supported when setting up in e-OSS and perform an automatic calculation of set-up costs via e-OSS.
