The “One-Stop Service” for the formation of companies of all forms of companies (all forms) is defined as the competent Services of the General Commercial Register (G.E.MI.) of article 2 of Law No. 3419/2005 (Government Gazette 297 A’), as amended by Article 13 of this Law, as well as the Citizen Service Centres (CSCs) that receive the ‘one-stop service certification’

The “One-Stop Service” for the constitution of limited liability companies, public limited companies, as well as in all other cases where a notarial deed is drawn up for the constitution, shall be the notary who draws up the notarial deed of constitution.

The e-OSS is a digital platform where the interested party can establish his company himself, without the need to visit any public office (established by Article 8 of Law 4441/2016).

Through the platform, private limited liability companies (PSCs), either single or multi-person, general and limited liability companies (GPs), limited liability companies (LLCs) and limited liability companies (LLCs) can be established.
