Set up your company yourself, without going to any public office.

What you need to do:

1. One of the founders of the company or an authorized 3rd person logs into the e-OSS (Electronic One-Stop Service) application with their personal Taxisnet passwords.
2. You select Establishment of a new company, perform an electronic pre-check and commit the name and distinctive title of the company.
3. You electronically fill in all the details of the model articles of association.
4. All members of the company accept the articles of association sent to them.

Then, all the necessary actions are automatically taken (registration with the General Register of Companies / Chamber of Commerce, obtaining VAT number, informing the EFKA) and the certificate of incorporation is issued.

In the e-OSS you can set up a new company in the following legal forms:

• AE
• OE
• EE
• EΠE
• IKE (single person/multi-person)
