Persons who maintain an active relationship with the company (Board Members, Partners, Managers, Representatives) for the following legal forms are eligible to issue an electronic signature:
- Α.Ε.
- E.P.E.
- Ι.Κ.Ε.
- Ο.E.
- E.E.
To obtain it, you must first log in to G.E.MI., select the option about “Digital signature availability” from the menu, and select the natural person/legal representative you wish.
If you have already submitted a request for the natural person of your choice, the existing request will be clearly indicated to you.
Finally, if the natural person of your choice does not appear in the corresponding list, you can create a request to add a legal representative, which will be checked by the competent G.E.MI. service.
