The complaints service allows complaints to be submitted to entities subject to the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.), in cases where violations are found for which administrative penalties may be imposed, in accordance with Joint Ministerial Decision 46982/2025 (Government Gazette 3542/B/8-7-2025).
Complaints may be submitted by both natural and legal persons, with the aim of ensuring the legality and transparency of the Registry’s operation
